Class Schedule does change from time to time so make sure to check the schedule at the club.
Body Sculpt - Using a mix of equipment and techniques this class effectively tones the upper body, lower body, back and abdominals.
Spinning - The instructor leads you through a "ride" on stationary bikes consisting of various techniques and levels that you may experience on the road. All fitness levels welcome.
Boot Camp - Various cardio and toning exercises.
Step It Up Cardio - This class will "Step Up" your cardio by sampling from all of the most popular group exercise classes.
Core Crunch - Incorporates core strength movements from Pilates, Yoga, and Power Abs. It will challenge your core while increasing balance and flexibility.
Zumba® - Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
20/20/20 - 20 minutes of Body Sculpt, 20 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes of Cardio. Truly a complete workout.
*Zumba & 20/20/20 classes will be held on a rotating schedule. Check inside the gym for an exact schedule.
