Class Descriptions
Body Sculpt - Using a mix of equipment and techniques this class effectively tones
the upper body, lower body, back and abdominals.
20/20/20 - 20 minutes of Body Sculpt, 20 minutes of Pilates and 20 minutes of
Cardio.
Spinning - The instructor leads you through a "ride" on stationary bikes
consisting of various techniques and levels that you may
experience on the road. All fitness levels welcome.
Gutts/Butts... - 15 Min. blast class that incorporates core and glute strength
movements from Pilates, Yoga, and Power Abs.
ZUMBA - Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to
create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
